Where do the numbers come from?
From YouTube. Each count is the subscriber count YouTube showed for that channel on the date shown, read from YouTube’s public data. RUCKUS does not estimate, adjust or add to it.
How often are the counts refreshed?
Each row carries its date. RUCKUS refreshes every count within thirty days. A count older than thirty days is not shown, and it is refreshed or deleted first. The method page has the detail.
Can I be removed?
Yes. Use the remove page. RUCKUS takes the row off within seven calendar days of a request, and keeps the channel off the standings after that.
Does RUCKUS book creators?
No. RUCKUS does not represent, book or negotiate for creators, and takes no cut of any deal. Brands contact creators directly. RUCKUS sells its own studio services, such as clips and edits, at ruckusclipping.com.
